Allison Crowley - LPC-A

Licensed Professional Counselor

Ally was born and raised in Southern California before moving to South Carolina to pursue her undergraduate education. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Educational Studies with a concentration in Social Services and later completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Liberty University.

Ally began her clinical work as an intern at All About Change in Greenville, South Carolina, where she gained hands-on experience providing counseling services. She also worked as a behavior modification specialist, implementing individualized interventions in community settings. Ally now serves as a counselor with Mended Therapy Group, where she utilizes evidence-based approaches, including CBT and ERP, to support clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, and related concerns.

She is a certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) facilitator and has a passion for helping individuals and couples build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

Outside of her professional work, Ally enjoys spending quality time with family and friends and finds enjoyment in playing soccer and crocheting.

OCD treatment helps individuals break free from intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors that interfere with daily life. Using evidence-based approaches, therapy focuses on reducing anxiety, building tolerance to uncertainty, and restoring a greater sense of control and confidence.

Trauma & PTSD Therapy

Trauma and PTSD therapy provides a safe, supportive space to process painful experiences and reduce ongoing symptoms such as anxiety, flashbacks, or emotional numbness. Using evidence-based approaches, therapy helps clients restore a sense of safety, rebuild trust, and move forward with greater stability and resilience.
